A solid foundation…for today and the future.

Collington is a 501c3 community, governed by a local Board of Directors which includes residents. It’s also reassuring to know Collington is a member of the Kendal family of not-for-profit communities and services for older adults, known for fiscal integrity and transparency in governance for more than 40 years. Values rooted in Quaker principles led Kendal to establish a federal-type governance system that blends autonomy with shared strengths. Each Kendal community is an independently owned and operated not-for-profit organization with its own volunteer board. Assets remain within each local organization and under the care of each community’s board and staff.
