Discover the Natural Side of Collington
You’re invited to join Collington’s horticulturist, Megan Bryant, for a guided hike through the scenic trails of our 125-acre arboretum campus. Along the way, you’ll discover how outdoor spaces, lifelong learning, and an active, engaged lifestyle come together to make Collington one of the Washington, D.C. area’s most distinctive Life Plan Communities.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Explore scenic trails and natural spaces throughout our 125-acre arboretum campus
- Connect with community members and ask them questions about their life at Collington
- Enjoy lunch with Megan and community members
Please note that not all paths will be paved. Comfortable walking, hiking, or tennis shoes are recommended.
Megan Bryant joined Collington in 2024 and brings a lifelong passion for wildlife, conservation, and horticulture. Her belief that plants are at the heart of healthy ecosystems inspired her pursuit of becoming a Certified Professional Horticulturist.
