Michael is a partner with the business law firm of Stroud Priest, L.L.C. in Washington, D.C. For the last seven years he served as the appointed Executive Director of the Prince George’s County Human Relations Commission, where he oversaw investigations and prosecutions of civil rights violations in the County and chaired the County’s Human Trafficking Task Force, which he helped establish. He is also an adjunct professor of Employment Law at the University of Maryland University College. As Board Vice-Chair, Michael serves in place of the Board Chair in his absence and, as Audit Committee Chair, he oversees the annual financial audit of Collington on behalf of the Board, working in conjunction with Collington’s Chief Financial Officer.

Peter is a geriatrician and attorney. He is Publisher of the Discovery Medicine website (www.DiscoveryMedicine.com) and consults on drug research and development. He is Chair of US Adopted Names Council which assigns the generic names for all drugs marketed in the US. Over his more than 50-year career, Peter has held such positions as Director, Medicine Staff at the US Food and Drug Administration and Medical Director for CHC Corporation which operated over 2500 beds within numerous extended care facilities. Additionally, Peter has held many leadership roles. Currently he is Chair of American Board of Legal Medicine and President of Academy of Medicine of Washington, DC. He is a member of the American Medical Association House of Delegates and the Academy of Physicians in Clinical Research Board of Trustees. Peter currently serves on the Collington Board Resident Services & Compliance Committee.
